Due to the type of product that we offer, we are not able to exchange or refund our products for any reasons other than a damaged or defective item on delivery.

Defective or broken products via transit will be considered by emailing within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please include your name, order#, description of damage or defective item along with a photo for proof, and we will promptly assist you with a replacement or store credit.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
